We recognize that there are instances in which plans change after you have finished booking. If you do have a refundable booking, modifications to the dates of your stay are allowed:
More than 48 hours before the check-in date- Changes to the length of your stay are free of charge and subject to room availability. There might be a price difference that you need to pay in case the room rates for your chosen dates are higher than your original one.
Less than 48 hours before the check-in date - you will be charged for one night of your stay for changing the date of your reservation
You can modify your stay for a refundable booking in the following ways:
For bookings made through ZEN Rooms website: Email us at email@example.com with the following details:
- Booking ID
- Changes to check-in and check-out dates
2. For bookings made through Online Travel Agencies: If you booked through one of our partnered Online Travel Agencies such as Booking.com, you can change your details by simply logging into your online travel agency account.
If you have a non-refundable booking, the dates of the booking cannot be modified. However, if you would like to extend your stay, and there is availability on your chosen dates, you can make a separate booking.
